FIELD HOCKEY

Campers will gain insights into mastering the techniques of precision kicking and punting, refining their skills for optimal performance on the field through personalized coaching and hands-on experience.

FOOTBALL KICKING

Our girls' flag football program is crafted to elevate individual skill levels for players of all experience levels. Training sessions focus on key techniques like passing, catching, and defensive strategies. By combining focused instruction with fun, engaging exercises.

LACROSSE

Focused training in ground balls, FACE OFFS, dodging, shooting, and DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES to elevate your game.

Experience a dynamic soccer program featuring daily training sessions that emphasize skills and structured practice routines. Our experienced coaches oversee position-specific training in areas such as goalkeeping, defense, midfield, and offense, as well as conduct small-group tactical drills and ball mastery exercises, all geared towards enhancing every player's IQ.

SOCCER

Skill development includes Dribbling and close control, Shooting and finishing, Passing and movement, speed and agility, team play and tactics, and field awareness.

Through targeted training, participants will refine their serving accuracy, enhance their groundstrokes, and master effective footwork. Our structured approach also emphasizes strategic thinking, enabling players to anticipate opponents' moves and make smart decisions on the court.

Tennis

Develop serving, volleying, groundstrokes, footwork, and match strategy skills.

Our specialized volleyball coaching program is tailored for competitive players as well as aspiring club team athletes. We emphasize fundamental techniques and competitive match play, allowing athletes to enhance their skills and forge unforgettable memories on the court.

VOLLEYBALL
